I am an experienced board-level executive and advisor specialising in intellectual property commercialisation, technology transfer, and IP-driven value creation. I have over two decades of senior leadership experience spanning listed companies, multinational corporates, universities, professional services firms, and venture-backed technology businesses.

I has a strong track record of supporting boards and executive teams on strategy, portfolio value optimisation, licensing and partnering, M&A-related IP diligence, and governance of complex, high-value transactions. I have led or overseen IP-intensive deals from early-stage spin-outs through to nine-figure and billion-dollar outcomes, working extensively with global pharmaceutical, life sciences, medtech, engineering, and deep-tech organisations.

I have held executive and board roles including Director and Board Director at Symbiosis IP (part of Gateley plc), Executive Director at Imperial Innovations (IP Group plc), Director at Imperial College London, and Director of Licensing at Royal DSM. My experience includes P&L accountability, investment committee participation, non-executive roles in spin-out companies, and leadership of regulated, and high-governance environments.

I hold a PhD in Biochemistry, a triple-accredited MBA with distinction, and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) status. I am a recognised authority in licensing and technology transfer and have been nominated in the IAM 300 Global Leaders group of the world's top IP strategists for four years.
